Food In Penang

Continue my Penang trip… this is a food post.

We stopped by the road side for this famous Apong Guan for only 30 cents per piece. OMG! So cheap. Only 30 cents! Nowadays what can you buy with 30 cents ar? Hmm.

Then we head for some Ais Kacang and Cendul. Woooohooo! While blogging this, myself also feel like having it now! Now!

Otak-otak. Not a big fans of otak-otak but this is not bad though.

This is Ho Jien! Fried oyster. So many oyster inside and the egg so thick. It melts in your mouth. Omg Omg!

Later part at night. We went to some place lah… I also forgotten the name. Maybe you can ask Mich for the info. LoL. We ordered separately but we share around the food for tasting. Yummy! Check out below!

And last but not least. Grill Fish. In cantonese call Siu Pou Yue. Yummy! I eat this a lot. Haha

Do You Coconut? - Penang Trip

Ok ba. Let’s continue back to Penang trip ya? Seems like outdated and everyone also forgotten about me going to Penang. Haha. Anyway, after our trip to Kek Lok Si Temple. We are so thirsty and Mich suggest to get some coconuts. Hmm, this place is famous loh. Even famous blogger Kenny Sia also go there before. So have to go try try. :P

Ah Kwong and his green coconut, Me and my brown coconut and Fatty and his green coconut. Heard that the green coconut is younger compare to the brown’s one. So I have old coconut. Solid? Haha. But very sour de. Ewww… Means I got a sour coconut. Ok.. enough of craps already.

The shop is somewhere in Penang. Don’t ask me which part. Cos, I really no idea where is it. The shop is very old and the name is Anba Coconut Trading. Ok. They trade a lot of coconuts there.

Actually I have a lot of stuffs pending to post. But I notice these few days a lot of visitors coming in which some I also don’t know. LoL. Anyway, to friends I known and yet to know, welcome to my humble blog. It’s been awhile I didn’t blog and I hope I could stay active and persistent enough to blog. Anyway below is a photo of me. Remember to say hi to me when you see me around and also, I take this opportunity to show my face in the front page. Aiyo, give chance la, my solo face long time never appear already in the blog.

KLPAC Open Day

This coming Sunday, 27th January 2008, I will be going to KLPAC for thier open day. It is free admission and parking also free! There will be lots of event going on there. Check out their website for more information regarding the open day HERE.

KLPac and the Sentul Park Koi Centre are opening our doors, both front and back, for our OPEN DAY 2008! There will be Backstage tours, Children’s activities, Costume displays, Drama & Dance, Music & Song, Indie films, Arts & Photography. Guess what? I heard that the Young KL Singers is there too. Wonder if Jen Ni will be around there.

Step onto the stage, be a fly on the wall of a rehearsal, get creative in workshops, have a sneak preview of upcoming shows from the people behind the scenes, test your skills in a vocal class, learn about Koi fish, get some tips on designing your own Japanese garden, or just wander at will!
