Had a light dinner at home last week at home then head on to Jalan Alor to find Ho Jen - Fried Oyster if you don’t know what is it. Believe or not, this is my first time eating Fried Oyster (Ho Jen) HUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Firstly, order Chao Kueh Teaw lahh… tunggu apa lagi! HUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Then follow by Ho Jen! (No Ah Jen, Jen Ni, Jen Ai or Jien Yee is sacrifice for this dish) Only Ho Jen.
